Sinful!
DESCRIPTION: The food at Stubrick's is very sinful and satisfying. The steaks are done to perfection, the salads are cold and crisp, served in a chilled metal dish. But the cheese bread is what brings me back time and again. I could have it for a meal by itself. Big generous pieces of bread with thick melted cheese. The best! Oh, yeah. Don't forget dessert. The strawberry shortcake is delicious and enough to share, but you will want your own!

WOW! EAT HERE!!!
DESCRIPTION: This is about the best steak house/bar I have ever been to. Reading some of the other reviews I think this bar is a little misunderstood. The owners outline their way of doing business on the menu. They just wanted a place that they would want to go as well as not putting up with any crap from customers. AKA IF your polite this steak house/Bar is great. If not, do not go. I love that idea and it makes the bar AWSOME! I will be back!

DESCRIPTION: Large portions of great food! Servers were pleasant and helpful. Killer blues bands on Friday and Saturday nights! Bartenders are young but friendly and very attentive, drinks are served promptly. Definitely recommend Stubrik's!

My favorite steak
DESCRIPTION: The steaks available here are, IMO, much better than those at many (if not all) high-class steak houses. I agree with the previous comments regarding the bartenders, however, I've always found the waitresses to be very friendly and polite. Moral, sit at a table, not the bar, and enjoy the food!

Worst Steakhouse I Have Ever Ate At.
DESCRIPTION: Maybe many of the reviewers were too intoxicated to truly judge the awfulness of this place. My steak was overdone and tasted like it was steamed. A matter a fact all four of us in my party had terrible steaks. No aplogies by management.

Great Food, Great Bartenders
DESCRIPTION: I recently went for a quick bite and sat at the bar. The bartender was slammed, but I still got my drink and my food in quite the timely manner(which was absolutely the most fantastic rib eye I've had for the price, a recommendation by the bartender). I realize that Stubrick's had a bad rap at the beginning, but the food had always been tremendous. If you don't like it don't go back.

Location in Mission Viejo.
DESCRIPTION: The service was terrible all the way around. We had not had our salads for more than about 1 minute when the "waiter" showed up and said "Sorry, here's your food". My husband tried on 3 occasions to get a glass for his beer but finally got up and got it himself. The bread did not come until we were more than halfway through our meal (which was mediocre and steaks were overcooked). We couldn't get any butter for the bread either...things were not going really well. We could hear several couples in the booths around us complaining as well; one couple was actually laughing at how bad everything was. Finally we were all just looking at each other and shaking our heads. I think I may have had the smallest glass of cabernet ever served served in a restaurant. Oh, by the way, my husband never got the lime twist he asked for either. Nothing was actually good - We had waited until we assumed the newer location would have time to get it together. I am really disappointed as it is so close to our house we could walk there and we were excited when it opened up. After talking to other people who have been there we have heard exactly the same thing from all of them - no one plans on ever going back. Word of mouth counts tremendously; especially when all the feedback has been so terrible.

DESCRIPTION: If you want a truly good all-American steak, this is the place to please your taste-bud. Eat the great-tasting steak!!! Forget about how simple or cheap-looking the surrounding look.

Busboy at Fullerton
DESCRIPTION: I have gone to Stubrick's a number of times with my friends. I want to say there is a busboy there that is more attentive then the servers. My server was clueless and I think he partied too hard the night before. But the busboy was exceptional. I wish that the positions were the other way around. My busboy should have been our server. At the end of our meal I tipped the server minimal, but handed the busboy a better tip because he earned that money. I didn't catch his name, but he was attentive and had a dark brown beard.

Great quality food, service and more for a low price.
DESCRIPTION: As a food fanatic, I have finally found a place to enjoy authentic Mexican seafood dishes. For specialties my family tried a "parrillada". It is a seafood combination for up to three people. This plate included seafood brochette, large langostinos, fish filet, breaded shrimp, fish and scallops and an exquisite creole rice with grilled shrimp and octopus. I highly recommend this specialty. Excellent service and very clean with an "A" rating. Try the pi a colada!!!
